Homework
On Mondays through Thursdays, students will have homework that is aligned to their daily math lesson. Accompanying the lesson will be math work done in class to help them with their homework completion. Math homework should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. If a student is having difficulty with a problem, simply put a star next to it and I will go over it with them the next day at school.
In Language Arts, students will bring home weekly words for practice as well as books to read aloud to a family member. Students are encouraged to read from their packet on assigned nights as well as practice their sight words from their word ring.
